At Power and Poise Ballet, our children’s classes nurture a love of dance while laying the foundations of excellent technique. Inspired by the Russian ballet technique, each lesson helps young dancers develop musicality, strength, balance and elegance in a warm, encouraging setting
Classes are carefully structured to support progression, inspire confidence and develop discipline while celebrating the joy of movement.
Our aim is to help every child grow in skill and self-assurance, whether they dance for pleasure or aspire to perform at the highest level.

Fridays | Time: 4:15 PM – 5:10 PM |
Ages 6 – 10 | £10

Saturdays | Time: 1:15 PM – 2:10 PM |
