About Power & Poise Ballet

Power & Poise Ballet was founded to offer young dancers exemplary classical ballet training within an inspiring and nurturing environment. Originally established through one-to-one private tuition, the school has grown from these bespoke beginnings to provide group classes, while maintaining the same high standard of personalised instruction. From the outset, our mission has been to cultivate both technical mastery and a genuine passion for the art form.

Steeped in the rich traditions of classical ballet, we combine exacting discipline with thoughtful encouragement, enabling each pupil to develop strength, grace, and self-assurance. Whether preparing for examinations, festivals, or dancing purely for the joy it brings, our students flourish under expert guidance within a warm and supportive community.
